THE DETAILS, WHEN YOU NEED THEM

What goes into the work.

Follow the enquiry through to its next step.

Start with a product question, application requirement or request for a quote. Agree what information is needed, who responds and when follow-up is due. Your salesperson owns technical recommendations, quotations and commercial decisions.

Add outbound only where it fits.

Prospect research and cold outreach are separately scoped services. We agree the target companies, account ownership, message review and sending conditions before a campaign. Replies need a receiving workflow and a responsible salesperson; a researched company is not automatically ready to contact.

Give each handoff a destination.

A workflow can validate and organise enquiry details, route them to an agreed inbox or CRM, and prepare a reply for review. Missing information, duplicate submissions and delivery failures need explicit handling too.

Keep people in control.

Reply drafts should preserve context and make uncertainty visible. Your team reviews commitments, pricing and sensitive details. We agree which routine steps can run automatically and where approval belongs.

What we test.

A useful demonstration includes a normal enquiry, missing information, a duplicate, and an unavailable destination. We verify the receiving system and recovery behaviour before calling an integration live. Supported tools are confirmed during discovery.

Start with a service that fits your team.

We start with a scoped implementation for your team. Your proposal names the supported connections, review steps and ongoing service. Broader customer-workspace features are in development.

A few useful answers.

Will AI send messages on our behalf?

Only if that specific behaviour is agreed and configured. The starting approach is to prepare and route information, with your team controlling external communication.

Can you connect our existing CRM?

We review the tools you use and confirm what can be connected. Your proposal names the connection, what information it shares and how we verify that it works. Additional systems and customer-service channels are scoped individually.

What happens when delivery fails?

The workflow should surface the failure, preserve the relevant context securely and provide an agreed recovery route. We test this behaviour as part of the integration scope.

Start with one useful change.
